The location is nice, right by a park and close to a golf course. Check-in was pretty smooth, but I noticed some cleanliness issues in the room. a decent place to stay if you need quick access to amenities.

Had a comfy bed and the pool area was pleasant. The room showed signs of wear and tear. Easy access to a golf course nearby was a plus.

The pool and spa area were fantastic—clean and inviting, perfect for a January dip. Check-in at 1 a.m. was smooth thanks to friendly staff. The bed was comfy, and the room included a fridge and microwave. housekeeping fell short; I switched rooms due to hair on the sheets, only to find lipstick stains later. Temperature control was a constant battle, and the polyester sheets were a nuisance. Plus, the smell of weed from outside made it hard to sleep, triggering my spouse's allergies. Watch the smoking fees at checkout—they're tricky and possibly unfair.

It was perfect.

Check-in was a total mess! I arrived early, hoping for a smooth start, but the front desk staff wouldn’t even check my reservation. Ended up waiting hours just to find out my room wasn’t ready. Super frustrating!

The location is awesome and really close to a lovely park. The whirlpool in the room is a nice touch and the front desk lady was super friendly.
Housekeeping really dropped the ball.

I loved how this place is just around the corner from some great restaurants like the best sushi spot I’ve ever had, and it made exploring Scottsdale a breeze with landmarks like the Governor Hunt Tomb just over 3 km away, all while enjoying comfortable rooms and friendly staff but there were some issues at check-in that could be improved.

I must share my recent experience staying at 3 Palms. Let's start with the positives - the location was fantastic, surrounded by well-known and fun areas. The bed in the room was comfortable, and the pillows were great for a good night's sleep. the room itself left much to be desired. The cleanliness was a major issue, with stained couches, unwashed dishes in the kitchenette, and even dog kibble on the floor. The air conditioning was broken and couldn't be turned off, adding to the discomfort. The noisy bed was a constant source of distraction, creaking loudly at every movement. the lack of attention to detail was evident in the cheap cleaning-product odor that permeated the room upon arrival. The outdated and small room, along with the inadequate shower curtain that led to water spraying out onto the floor during showers, was disappointing. The staff's lack of responsiveness to critical issues like the absence of hot water on the first night and the huge roach in the shower was concerning. while the location was convenient and the room had some comfort elements, the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality at 3 Palms were far from satisfactory. If you value a clean and comfortable stay, this hotel may not meet your expectations.

The outdoor pool was pure bliss, perfect for soaking up the sun! I loved lounging by the heated pool and slipping into the warm jacuzzi afterward. The staff was incredibly friendly, making every moment feel special.
Couldn't recommend more! 🥰🏖️

The pool area is a highlight, beautifully maintained with lush grass surrounding it. My room? Immaculate and spacious, with a fantastic hot tub and wonderfully comfortable beds. the initial mix-up with my reserved room created unnecessary frustration. The night clerk, polite but unhelpful, failed to communicate the change effectively. While I appreciated room service keeping things tidy, the amenities need attention. The phone, safe, and iron were inoperative—quite inconvenient. The temperature control for the A/C was erratic, causing disruptions. Staff was commendable, and the location was decent. Just remember, some upgrades are necessary. For the price, expectations were higher. The potential is there; it just needs a little more care.

Just a prime choice for a momentary pause in Scottsdale with reasonable value. The pool was amazing.

The room featured two queen beds, which felt cramped for my needs; a king bed would have been better. Soft bedding offered comfort, reminiscent of a spa hotel. The decor struck a retro-modern balance, and it was all clean. the mini fridge was small, and a larger one would be appreciated. The tile and carpet were upgraded, and I enjoyed the large screen TV. The room did not have a bathtub option due to a fixed stopper, which was inconvenient. while the comfort was notable, improvements could enhance the experience.

The whirlpool in the room was a nice touch, and the front desk staff were friendly. The pool, spa, and lounging area were clean and inviting. The workout room, although small, was sufficient for our needs.
Several amenities didn't work properly, such as the phone, safe, iron, and printer. The room lacked Wi-Fi, and the in-room coffee was disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our date night special. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for some quality time together.
It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the experience.

3 Palms Hotel offers a comfortable stay with cozy beds and a refreshing pool area. Its location near Vista del Camino Park is perfect for nature walks. While room cleanliness could improve, the friendly staff and onsite Mexican restaurant add to the enjoyable experience.

I had a blast at the movies in the park, enjoyed the super deluxe pillow top beds. The scorching weather was perfect for the Summer Rodeo Series.
I absolutely loved finding someone's clothes in my room. What a thoughtful surprise!

Our squad had a lit time exploring the dope events in Scottsdale, like El Dorado Park with rad activities like basketball, frisbee golf and more. The staff hooked us up with the best spots to chill and have a blast!
Could've used a sick rooftop lounge for a lit party vibe.

Great value for the price, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice luxury touch, and the overall room setup was impressive. The property's location was convenient, with everything needed within a short walk. The well-kept property and friendly atmosphere made me feel safe and welcomed during my stay.
There were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The pool area needed more attention, and there were sharp tacks due to missing carpet strips in some areas.

Our family had a blast at El Dorado Park, a massive green space with lakes and fun activities. The helpful staff guided us through a diverse range of events, from sports to music, ensuring a delightful mix of entertainment for all.
My wife says that clearer signage for families with kids would enhance the experience.

3 palms was overall a good experience. we would consider staying there again if we return to the area. the grounds were well kept, and the staff was helpful and friendly. the pool area was clean and pool furniture was nice. parking lot had ample spaces and was well lit at night and secure.
Nothing to fault! 😊
